Official updates from Paperweb.me

We’ve Been Updating with Exciting Changes!

Paperweb 1.0 was an original concept of digital scrapbooking that we started with last year. We’ve recently updated it with a new look, a new function and a major makeover!

Paperweb 2.0 Beta has all the elements of old Paperweb, but there no more more pages in books. Instead, we have boards with posts - think of it as a mood board where you can add videos, images and text.

If you are using OSX, you can also try out our screengrabber to take screenshots from your computer and add them directly into your Paperweb account. The application download is located in your settings page.

We are still in the process of making changes, but please feel free to browse the public gallery for interesting finds!

Important note: For those who had accounts on the original Paperweb, please note that your information will not be carried over to the new version. You will need to sign up with a new account.

Drawing functionality now fully supported

Drawing functionality is now available on all canvas-supported touch devices (such as the iPhone, iPad) and computers using a mouse or drawing tablet. We’ve also added basic color options to make your sketches more exciting!

We’ve also removed the limitations on scrapbook creation, so you can have unlimited scrapbooks, pages and scraps - but you will have to upgrade to increase disk space and/or activate private/protected options.

iPhone view fully updated (and possibly Android)

We’ve updated the site to be iPhone-friendly, where dragging scraps is disabled by default.

The site should also be usable in Android at medium density. Let us know if you encounter any issues.

Scrap functionality that was previously available in the page header has now been moved into the ‘Actions’ tab.
